It’s that time of year again! We’re excited to announce that the CPASA Annual meeting will be held on Monday, November 3, 2025, in Room 221 of the Chickasaw Business & Conference Center on the campus of East Central University in Ada. The meeting will begin at 6:00pm.

Although you haven't heard from us in a while, rest assured that CPASA has been busy. This past year, we have been in the Capitol ensuring that no legislation moved forward that could harm the protections for the Arbuckle-Simpson Aquifer. We have also been working on our legal cases, and those are currently chugging along through the courts. We will be providing updates on all this, as well as a significant new development with one of the mines in the area.

CPASA continues to stay diligent in tracking the latest developments in water policy so we can keep you informed on what’s going on. The relationships we’ve worked so hard to build and maintain over the years with all of our area legislators help us to stay engaged in protecting the precious water resources of the Arbuckle-Simpson Aquifer.

Please remember to like our Facebook page and check our website regularly as we are working to keep these up to date and frequently use them as tools to disseminate information quickly.

Thank you again for your partnership and dedication to helping us protect the Arbuckle-Simpson Aquifer, the lifeblood of this treasured area that so many of us call home. We definitely couldn’t do it without you and look forward to seeing everyone on November 3rd!
